Our Process

In-Home Consultation

The process typically starts with an in-home consultation. Our design consultant will seek to learn your specific interests, likes, and dislikes. It is our goal to professionally assist you in reaching your desired outcome in appearance and functionality. Our designer will show pictures and actual samples and take measurements to present a fair estimate.

Estimate

We have a very thorough but to-the-point approach of sharing options and the cost. You should feel that we respect your time at the appointment and we also respect your timing in regards to committing to a project with us. Having a “no high-pressure” sales approach is one of the secrets to our success.

Contract

After thanking you for choosing our company, we both sign a contract detailing the work to be performed, a deposit is received, and more specific measurements are taken for the purpose of custom ordering all the necessary products and materials.

Installation

A few weeks later, the materials will arrive and one of our employees will schedule a time for installation. The average job takes about 4 days to install. Final inspection, final payment, and, finally, a room the homeowner is proud to show off!
